Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@funflap.in. Please note all returns must be sent back to our Rajasthan warehouse to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once we receive the returned piece, we will go ahead and process a refund or exchange as per your request. All refunds will be processed back into the original payment method.
Return Pick Up
We need you to ship back the goods to our Rajasthan warehouse for us to process a return. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a return pick up. In this case, we will charge Rs. 150 per return pick up. This will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received a damaged or defective piece, we will arrange for a return pick up and refund the shipping charges as well.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once you return an order, you have the option of choosing to exchange it for another product or claiming a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once this is done, the refund will be processed into the original payment account. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
